Overall, we love Sheridans, and we've been eating it since we were kids, but this location seems to have its fair share of challenges. They always seem to be out of tons of ingredients, and the wait for literally anything here is insufferably long.
I had a limited edition Strawberry Short cake with vanilla custard. The custard was tasty, along with the short cake. The biggest drawback was the syrup strawberries that were used. Had they used fresh strawberries, this would have been perfect.
Also, be aware that there is no indoor seating. There are 2 tables and a few benches out.

We have had several good experiences at this location, but this time we ordered a hunk of love to share with our toddler. It was served in a cup (normally served in a dish). The ice cream was completely melted before we even ate 1/3 of it. The cookie was at the bottom which made it soggy by the time we got any.
