I visited yesterday and ordered an egg and sausage breakfast sandwich on a toasted croissant. No cheese because of a dairy allergy.I came in this morning and ordered the same egg and a sausage sandwich on a toasted croissant x2. The Asian person who took my order repeated my order to me before collecting my payment. She confirmed I ordered my sausage and egg sandwich on a toasted croissant. I go to my job, open one of my wrapped breakfast sandwiches only to realize my order was wrong! I was served an egg, ham, and cheese sandwich. I have a dairy allergy!I called this place to put in my complaint about my wrong order, but no one answered. So I decided to visit on my lunch break in an effort to either get a refund or a substitute for a new order. The Asian person who works FOH was rude, defensive, and argumentative. She basically called me a liar! Your customer service is atrocious, but I expected her reaction! Her name starts with an M. The suck part is I was the only guest in their restaurant this morning. These folks were not busy. So why a dangerous mistake was made with my order is ridiculous! I can make my own breakfast and have my peace of mind.

The food was great. Service was fast. Staff was friendly. We had a late breakfast on a weekday and there was no wait. It was a nice, clean place.

They have the best bacon egg and cheese I've ever had, and it's only $5! Will definitely be coming back again.

Friendly and fast service. Lots of basic breakfast choices. Everything hot, made to order. Our group had omelet, breakfast sandwich, French toast, biscuits and gravy. Everyone liked it. Basic diner food but filled us up for a good price. Easy to grab from nearby hotel.

Really good food especially for the price. And on top of that, the staff is very nice and respectful.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and looking for an affordable breakfast away from the Hotel. This place hit the spot! All the kids loved it. Super fast service and great food and prices.

Cafe is definitely price gauging, the presentation of the food was poor, and basic. For example: I ordered a breakfast sandwich but requested cinnamon bread. What I got was regular bread, heavy butter, cinnamon, and sugar dumped in the middle of my sandwich.Another example: requested hash browns for my daughter. The hash brown was from a frozen bag. Hash brown were not hot and soggy.Extremely disappointed!

If mediocrity was the goal, they succeeded. Not particularly friendly, not very good food, in a cold and middle school cafeteria kind of a feel. Walked past for many years and will continue to skip in the future. At least it wasn't too terrible price-wise.

Cafe with cafeteria vibes? Strange but understandable in a downtown location where many might seek to solve the lunchtime time crunch with something simple. For what you get, the price is alarming - $5 worth of tater tots amounts to roughly 15 tots. We paid $30 for two sandwiches, one fruit cup, 15-ish tots and two fountain sodas. No chips, no pickles, nothing fancy. That said, the sandwich itself was solid. We both got the same sandwich because it was what sounded best. Note that the menu is hour-blocked, you can't get "breakfast" items after sometime after 10am and before 11am, it switches to lunch only. Given the small number of breakfast items even available, this was a bit surprising. A solid lunch option but I agree with the person who was walking in as we were walking out, telling his lunchtime companions, "I've really got to start bringing lunch from home. $15 for a ham sandwich is kind of silly."

Diner feel. Wasn't busy at all. Food came out quickly. No wow factor but fresh ingredients. Food came in to go boxes and they offered plastic silverware at a self serve station. Place for good not too pricey food. I had french toast and a steak and cheese omelet with added green
