i wish they had more business! the food here is always incredible and i am excited to try something new every time i go. Tucked inside the basement if the light well building, it feels as if not enough city goers even realize it's there because they should have more business! I would love to see the light well building owners provide more opportunities for the strang collective to thrive.
For my husband's work holiday party this year, they rented out the Strang Chef Collective space at the Lightwell Building. It was the perfect space to throw a party. The open bar, beer and wine selection and mixed cocktails were awesome. Delicious, on theme, and well-balanced.
