I wanted everyone to know that Sinker's Lounge resolved our concerns very professionally. We would certainly try going again next time we are in Kansas City. Thank you for reaching out.
We bought 4 tickets online, drove 20 miles to get there not knowing they would not be open. Waited outside to see if someone would be coming but after 15 minutes the doors never opened and had no way to contact them. Phone just goes to automated answering service. I would like my $90 refund.
