I got ribs which were ok loaded with sauce. Baked beans were too sweet for my taste. The fries were good and hot. Reminded me of a cheers dirt of small place everyone seemed to know each other. One of the waitress was sitting down eating with a group. Our waitress brought our food and never came back to the table. Not a very friendly establishment. I probably won't be going back.

Pretty disappointed. Burnt ends were just chopped up soft meat with the same wet sauce as my ribs. Not caramelized at all. Ribs had a weird skunk flavor. Fruit flies kept landing in my beer. Clientele was a mixture of sad and sick. Lots of overweight and coughing people. Waitress seemed like a mixture of sad and mad. Felt sorry for her. Stomach hurt afterwards.

Excellent bbq! Great service. This is our first stop after getting into KC for about 5 years. We went for a late lunch this time. The burnt ends are perfect and plenty of house made sides and a very good ranch dressing!

Best bbq in kc hands down. Short ribs fall off the bone. Burnt ends so tender. Brisket is mouthwatering. Hot bbq sauce leaves nothing to be desired. A perfect combination of sweet and heat. Will continue to eat here

Just left. Service was good. Food not so much. Brisket sandwich was tasteless. Chips were hard as a rock…..inedible. Asked for baked beans instead and was told it would be additional $8. Not recommended.

Brisket was dry and under seasoned. Sides are good not bad but not great.

I am from Texas so
My expectations are high but also know I am in a different state. I thought overall this place was pretty good, I got the ribs burnt ends ,potato salad and fries. There is nothing special about the fries. The ribs are pretty good and tender and the burnt ends weren’t too bad either. It is forgettable BBQ but not bad. The service was very fast and friendly. I liked how they had draft beer

Was here in KC for a week on work. From Texas so beef is king but dang, this is some of the best BBQ I’ve eaten. Family owned. Try the pulled pork and burnt ends. Potato salad is awesome and the beans are second to none. Will definitely be back. Cheers from Texas!
