The Baristas are on amazing, know my order when I walk in -I love that. It is the Manager who is ALWAYS rude. Every single visit when she is in the front I want to turn around and go back out the door. I actually stopped going to this location but was in a hurry this morning and well she provided another negative experience

It was good, it's Starbucks you know what you're gonna get. I will say there wasn't any hand sanitizer anywhere which was odd especially since this location doesn't have a restroom available to customers and the hotel restroom the employees direct you to is labeled for hotel guests only with a pass code.

This location is ok however i didnt get the best experience and one of the empolyee was kind of rude when i asked for a second cup of hot water i thought water was posed too be free smh i don't think that i will be coming back too this location also not to mention the heat was not at the right temperature and it's 36 degree outside
