This use to be my favorite Starbucks until now. Been going to the same Starbucks for 2 years every day, multiple times a day. Last week, they told me they didn’t take Amex which is on my app, I told them yes they do, I’ve been getting Starbucks for 10 years every day and multiple times a day and I have always used my Amex. Today I got told that they can no longer give pup cups in cardboard cups, only plastic. Well, my dog is a puppy and he chews. He cannot have the plastic. I will no longer be going to this location due to using plastic and not cardboard. Plastic is so harmful to dogs, puppies, and our environment. It was the managers choice about the cup. She said after today, no more cardboard cups!! I will not be back at this location!!

Unfortunately my order was incorrect last time I went, but generally the few times I've been to this location the experience has been great. Only real downside is the drive thru line can be pretty rough during busy times.

Every time I go here trying again, the coffee leaves a sour taste that lingers for hours which means the coffee is under-extracted, leaving behind a dominant acidity. Not sure why I keep trying. The owner obviously doesn't learn. They are supposed to be the experts. You're so busy in making the almighty dollar, you're chasing customers away. Won't go back. Tried 4 times now in a couple years. Train your people right.

Walk in and drive thru customers take priority over online customers. Came in for a pick up. Staff started and stopped bagging up my order at least 5 times to wait on drive thru and walk in customers.

I went to a different Starbucks to get my drink. When I received it, they had forgotten my cold foam and the milk was very obviously expired. I know it was an accident, but it made me sad because I really wanted my drink, so I decided to drive to to this Starbucks to rebuy the drink and get what I wanted. They were so sweet, offered to throw the drink away for me, and said they’d take care of it because I had already paid!! Barista to barista, I really appreciate this level of care.

It’s to many complications when it comes to certain barista’s making my beverage.

The attitudes in this location effects the atmosphere, so having entitled people not preform great customer service is a great reason to say I wont be back to this location.

Another thing Starbucks continues to have people working for the corporation who don’t truly align with the company core values and mission.

the company will take a hard hit because having people who won’t be able to accomplish a simple mission due to personal beliefs is bad for business.
