Last minute decision to drive through before work. Was concerned about time when I saw there were 6 cars ahead of me. Surprised how quickly I got through and made it to work on time.
employees are extremely kind and professional, starbucks upper management as a whole is a mess. please treat the baristas with respect and the kindness they give you. i recommended the brown sugar oat shaken espresso. wouldn't recommend the food.
You never know what personality you are going to be getting at this store. Stay away! Go to another location if you value your time and sanity UPDATE : Went as directed to the website to ask someone to call me, was promised that a regional manager would call within 24-48 hrs and no call yet 4 days later. If I treated my customers like that I would not be in business long UPDATE 9-1-24 WENT back to this location after speaking with the managers. What a difference! Glad to see that...
