WORST SERVICE EVER! I ordered a simple cake pop and I saw that it was busy so I waited for the drinks before me to get served. I watched Ellis make over 7 drinks and Ray take new orders that were paid and made for all before I was able to get my SIMPLE CAKE POP that takes 0 preparation especially because now it comes directly out of a little plastic bag and no longer Starbucks bag. When I went to ask about it they were both confused after I just ordered it ????? I WAITED 18 mins for a CAKEPOP!!!!!!! Not okay! They both should be fired!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 star I would, the problem is not with the food or the drinks, the problem is with the staff, mainly the cashier and the barista who makes and hands you your drink. There is this particular cashier, skinny, black female and always wears a cap and a hoodie, it feels like she is forced to be there, no smile, no friendly face or friendly welcome, just a resting b face, if you don’t like working there or interacting with people then you are in the wrong industry.

The issue with this star bucks is the staff. It feels like you are bothering them no customer service feelings. I have been to this Starbucks many times and seen the staff ignore people have interviews and "employee corrections" in the lobby . Today I had work to do so I stopped in to use the WIFI and after I got setup I went to the counter to order and a young man working made a comment about me approaching the counter it was an hour and half before close. I asked him what he said and he said how can I help you. I asked him again what he said and he just laughed. I ordered a sandwich and he started to make the sandwich wearing the gloves he just dug in the trash with. I asked that someone else make the sandwich and he just laughed took the gloves off and made the sandwich. All the staff left the counter an went in the back and loudly complained. This store is constantly off brand for Starbucks. I understand that this store is inside a Mall but bad behavior bad service and bad atmosphere is not ok. I imagine this location will not be here long. Oh and he dumped half my sandwich as he slid it into the sleeve he just laughed about that too. If you want a quality Starbuck's experience choose another store. Or try Parisi at Union station it is close and has WIFI and Coffee is on par with Starbucks.

We ordered a drink at 11:55 a.m. People kept coming and going getting their drinks, but we still hadn't gotten ours. We had to wait 45 minutes to get the drinks.

I had an awful experience. I waited for over an hour, and they never gave me my food. On top of that, they didn’t even have my name on the order. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

No picture to show. But Starbucks is WAY overrated!! First time EVER & they act like everyone's been to a Starbucks at least 3 times in their life! Not me. Poor guy working hard on my iced coffee. I ordered a mocha iced coffee & it's exactly what I got! Nothing sweet, nothing creamy. Straight up black coffee with ice & chocolate syrup. Yack! Someone else worked on it to make it sweet & creamy. He did ok. Didn't want to take up more of his time with other customers. I'll stick with McDonald's iced coffee for less than $3 for a large!!

I'm not a frequent Starbucks customer because I don't drink coffee, but I stopped by to get one for a friend and got myself one of the protein shakes and it was a good experience. The employees were especially friendly and thoughtful.
