THIS SUBWAY ROCKS!! This week I tried firehouse and the old mcgonigles subs. They are maybe half the quality of what I’m eating now. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. The food is fresh and delicious! John made me not one but TWO AMAZING SANDWICHES!!! Thanks

Why do I keep trying this location? Evey time I give them a chance, its something. Today the guy took FOREVER making two simple 6 inch sandwiches, and then I finf out there's no tomoatoes. Last time no white bread, the time before that no lettuce. then, when I told them I did not want the sandwich without tomatoes, they got rude with me. Decided to try the one on 81st and State Line. That was as bad, if not worse.

From the moment that my friend and I walked into the store to get some food the staff was having a conversation with another staff and would not stop that conversation in order to address the customer. My friend just told the staff member what they wanted as they were still talking. No greeting or anything at this location. Less than impressed to say the least.

Love subway and their food, but I absolutely despise this location and the horrible choice of employees. I walked in and this lady had 3 Togo orders that printed as I walked in, and in my experience from working in the fast food/food service industry, the ones there to pay NOW are the ones you help first, not an order that is due to be picked up in 15-30 min. That would actually benefits both parties in this instance.She did not greet me as I walked in, I stood there for almost 7 minutes with no eye contact or verbal acknowledgement.Lately this location seems to almost always be out of something popular. I’m not sure if it’s lack of preparation prior, inability to properly order inventory, or what. Regardless, I’ll spend the extra few minutes and dollar in gas to go to the one on state line by the QT because they always have inventory and always have a friendly atmosphere.

The subway artists have gone worse over period of time. The manager is shouting in back and workers dont understand simple english and instructions.wasted 20 25 mins and didn't servetheres a subway 2 mins away on 80tha and state line better go there, subway artists are much better.Vegetarian options: subway artists don't change gloves even on request for vegetarian customers, just a heads up for anyone visiting

The subway crew was painfully slow. We came in for a quick dinner with a line of three ahead of us. Watching them work was like watching paint dry. We ended up waiting 20 minutes in line. We won’t be back.
