I’ll never support this business. I happened to be next door and had to use the bathroom so I went to this subway to use the bathroom. I asked the worker to use the bathroom and he said that I have to buy a sandwich however I told him I would buy a drink just to be able to use the bathroom and was told “No” I needed to buy a sandwich which is ridiculous. Even if I did decide I wanted a sandwich in the future while I’m in the area it definitely wouldn’t be from them!….not to mention the worker was kind of rude.

I will never go back to this establishment! A Caucasian male employee working at this location accused me of theft/fraud, raised his voice, refused to give his name, the store location, number to corporate and cursed/used profanity directed at me, and when I asked for a manager and number to corporate yesterday he decided he was going to pull out his phone and video record me though I hadn’t yelled, cursed, behaved as he did or stooped to his level. He did all this while on the phone with his manager. As a person of color to have experienced such treatment for no good reason is crazy. The sandwich had banana peppers on it which I did not ask for. I asked them to remake the sandwich which was from the proceeding day. The staff questioned why I didn’t bring it back the same day, and I informed them that I was at work from 2 to midnight. I hadn’t even taken so much as a bite from the sandwich. I’m not asking for the individual to be fired, but corrective action needs to flow. Customer service in our area (the hood) has to improve. That young man needs to learn that it’s not alright to treat people as though they are beneath you. I left a complaint with subway online, and nobody has returned my call. Corporate call me ASAP.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. They have half the normal menu, wouldn’t sub meats for me which is CRAZY, my bread was stale and my friends was undercooked and soggy. I hate being a pain and I feel like I was a little rude but they need to get it together. How can you mess up a subway sandwich?!? They can.

Never again will I pay 13.96 for a 6 inch and medium fountain drink. Not only are prices 5x from their “5 dollar foot long” days but the portions are cut in half. It just isn’t worth it anymore. The owners know this and they choose to get over on people

A footlong chicken teriyaki with a Diet Coke cost me $16.87.
They ripped me off! Paid for my sandwich, and added tip into the credit card scanner. Girl behind the counter says they can't receive tips by that method, and they'll credit the original amount back to my account and I'll have to do it over. So payed for my sandwich again, and gave them a cash tip. Never got the credit to my account!! Now I know why they were laughing as I was walking away from the counter.
