This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. They have half the normal menu, wouldn’t sub meats for me which is CRAZY, my bread was stale and my friends was undercooked and soggy. I hate being a pain and I feel like I was a little rude but they need to get it together. How can you mess up a subway sandwich?!? They can.

Never again will I pay 13.96 for a 6 inch and medium fountain drink. Not only are prices 5x from their “5 dollar foot long” days but the portions are cut in half. It just isn’t worth it anymore. The owners know this and they choose to get over on people

They ripped me off! Paid for my sandwich, and added tip into the credit card scanner. Girl behind the counter says they can't receive tips by that method, and they'll credit the original amount back to my account and I'll have to do it over. So payed for my sandwich again, and gave them a cash tip. Never got the credit to my account!! Now I know why they were laughing as I was walking away from the counter.

Colorism is extremely apparent at this Indian American owned franchise. Open till the recent management change I have frequented this establishment for family member who I cannot get to stop eating this type of food. We will be going to the locally owned barbecue establishment adjacent customer service ain’t much better but at least they’re Not not participating in classism from their homeland.

I appreciated their efforts to meet my dietary needs! (Other Subways have been unwilling to accommodate customers' dietary needs such as gluten allergy without charging more.) The front door is confusing though because it's locked even when they are open. There's no sign letting you know that you have to wait for them to let you in.
