Won't answer the phone when trying to follow up on an application.

Constantly terrible. They are always so lazy, like they don't care about customers of the food they prepare. Today, after I went to the locatoin on Wornall and they were out of tomatoes and slow and rude, I tried the Stale Line location. Waited FOREVER while only one worker did any work, and he was clearly new. AND when this guy cut the bread open,. he smashed it like a pancake! Then, once cut in have, he smashed bothe halves of the bread with a fist and then pressing with his fingers. Dude! What are you doing? I do't want flat bread, I wanted the regulat fluffy bread. I just had to leave without ordering anything. No way I want to eat that smached bread sandwich.

This place was a mess when it comes to professionalism. I went to the store for a sandwich, the people were in the back and was not in the front to serve customers. I waited for almost 3 minutes before someone comes up front to ask me what I want. Also, she proceed to charge me for a sandwich which were not even completed and was in the oven. Ice machine was out and no sign to let the customers knows ahead of time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Orderes online an hour ahead. Order was not started when I got there. Was told that only one type of bread was available. Then was told that the person making sandwiches didn't know how to make what I ordered and no one else was working. They called (on the phone) someone in to make sandwiches. Got the last 4 loaves of all day old stale bread. This was at 1:45 on a Friday.

Don't go here. Would be 0 stars if google allowed it. They clearly don't care about quality. Received a foot long outlaw that had both rock hard bread and ice cold meat, unsure how it is possible. Ordered a soda and they threw a hot one in the bag. Like who wants a hot coke. We have lived within a mile of this location for the last six years and have tried it once annually. They are never successful at providing quality food or service. It is a shame.

I’m not sure what goes on at this location but I’ve come to this location multiple times in the last three times I’ve come they’ve been either a out of bread be out of meat and today they only have one type of bread which is wheat bread and it’s 2 o’clock… Not sure why a location that supposed to be meant for having multiple different breads is constantly out of all of them and on top of that it takes 20 minutes to get through an order before I can even get up to order to find out that they are out of everything

Went there to get a couple sandwiches for the wife and I today. The people were friendly enough but I was told they were out of onions and would not have any for several days. Say what?? How does a sandwich shop not have any onion?? Couldn't some go to a grocery store and buy a few and dice them up??

At this location yesterdayI ordered $20 worth of food to be delivered to my work.I ordered at 11:30 online and by 1:30 I still had not received the order. At that point I started calling. I have literally called for 2 days. No one answered. I have called 15 times at varying times. I then tried to reach Corp. Any complaints are done online. So I get online and fill the whole forms out. It gets to the part that it asks for store number. FROM MY RECIEPT I found that number. The form said invalid store number. I checked the store number numerous places. All had same number I entered. So corporate does not take calls. And you can't get past the store number on form, to send the form. So after 2 work days the store has never answered their phone. I'm out $20. Unacceptable
