Might as well not have italian herbs an cheese on the menu. Its everyones favorite, so maybe more should be made. Lunch hour on a monday and the only bread available is wheat. Wow.

Not one to complain, but holy cow. WORST experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve had in a long time. Entire order wrong. Waited an hour after ordering online due to their being only one employee working (stated there was no manager was there to help him). We waited so long I had to tell him word for word what we wanted on our sandwiches even though he has it right in front of him on my receipt from ordering online. I let him know I’d tell him what we needed in order and while I was one piece of vegetable at a time letting him know what we wanted he said “well it wasn’t actually in order” but he swapped the sandwiches vegetables up and he didn’t toast them, realized he hasn’t toasted them threw everything off but the meat and cheese and toasted them. I get that there was a line and he was alone but that’s the issue, service was SLOW but also INACCURATE even after trying to work with him. Like I said, not one to complain but this location just needs HELP. I don’t plan to eat here again, at least until management is up to par.

Twice I've been in here and they didn't have any bread to make sandwiches and today at 2:30 pm I wanted double meat on all 3 sandwiches and the young man had a really bad attitude and made the wise crack that's 10 dollar's for extra meat. He wasn't paying for it so why should it mattered to him. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. He had already told me it was a 3 dollar charge for extra meat then I ordered extra meat for the other to so it's of no concern of his.

The customer service at this location is much less than favorable. The employees are not professional and lack customer service skills and the quality of the food served is lacking as well. I only visited once and will NEVER return to that location. Today as I entered Wal-Mart I was highly upset as I witnessed an employee yelling at a customer in a very rude tone and manner calling her out of her name in front of her children and other customers entering and exiting Wal-Mart. If there was a way to give this location No Stars I would definitely rate it a 0. It's amazing that this person still has the job representing the company because this was not his first time doing this. Not a good look for the Subway Franchise.

There's a dude with a speech impediment with the name tag "Mystic" that works here that screws up my order every time and is always listening to obnoxious music in the back. He's always "out" of something and combinatorics that he will have to prep it or cut it or whatever hoping the person changes their mind. Doesnt speak up, guesses what you want on the sandwich, horrible customer service.

Not my first choice for fast food but would eat there if I had to. Could be a little cleaner...the tables were not cleaned off and they were not busy when we arrived but they may have been busy previously...not sure.
