Skip the loud franchise restaurants. This little deli has a very welcoming old style feel to it. All of the food is fresh and made from scratch. Easy walking distance to Union Station and the Convention Center, too.

I have been coming here for years when I am in town. It is a delightful deli. It is a nice respite from conventions and meetings. It has a pleasant and calm decor.Frequently I get the meatloaf and the blt.Today I got the bacon breakfast burrito. It was perfect and delicious.

Suzy’s Deli is as charming as it is affordable. Suzy makes a large menu of breakfast and lunch items fresh to order, how you like it. I’ve always received excellent service, and have never had to wait long at all. The BLT always hits the spot. I’m going to keep going back to this comfort food staple of Kansas City.

Picked up a Reuben and Baltimore sub the other weekend and they were seriously some of the best in town. I will definitely come back for more when I'm downtown.

Passed through town decided to get drunk at the casino and woke up hung over AF. Stumbled on Suzy's and that little Asian woman that can barely speak English made me the best pancakes I may have ever eaten. They were so light, fluffy and sweet I didn't even need syrup.

Horrible the lady said I was sick because I showed her the sprite fountain drink had black specs floating and then my Philly cheese steak was drowned in black pepper it was a horrible experience never again will I be coming back

Sweet owner, very friendly. We had gyros and fries that were excellent. I love me some fresh hot fries, and these were good, as were the gyros. Next time I'll try a sub.

Owner is extremely rude and the place seems very sketchy. I went in there looking for breakfast, pancakes in particular and apparently they don't have the option were you could just order pancakes because it comes with bacon. Told the lady I don't eat pork and she got really defensive and said that I have to pay the full price on the menu even though I don't want pork and there's no choice of replacement allowed...It's her business, I get it. But forcing people to buy unnecessary products for extra bucks is ridiculous and shady.
