I ate here almost daily for a summer when I interned in Kansas City. They really expanded my palate and helped introduce me to the idea that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring eating. It has been a while, but they are owed this 5 star review as their food lives rent free in my mind lol. When my family would come visit from NC, I’d take them all here. They’d come in as skeptics and leave as fans just like me!

I love these peanut butter chocolate power balls!!! The smoothies are so good as well, not like other smoothie places that are full of calories and sugar. I will be going here for all my smoothie needs!!!

My first time trying a food delivery service. I chose DoorDash. I ordered a salad with blue cheese chicken spinach and cucumber and avocado. It is so amazing I don’t even need the dressing. I also ordered something with chicken avocado brown rice and sweet potato and it to is amazing.

I love it here. The food is always amazing and the service is great. I love how they keep positive vibes always with this place and so much of the food is gluten free. Also there are some vegan options as well so it’s very robust. I give this place and the owner 5 stars. It’s worth at least trying once with friends.

Food was very bad. I ordered spicy chicken quinoa through dash door. It had a weird taste and tasted like food was spoilt. Very disappointed.

Always go to the plaza location. I always get the warrior juice & nutella protein balls. Tried this location because I was close by and the protein balls were extremely dry and the juice did not taste right. They put a lot of lemon in it that was taking over the flavor of the entire juice. Will not be back to this location. Too expensive to mess up those things.
