Taco Bell's atmosphere can be affected by the staff's ethnic background and language, which may not be welcoming to all customers. Some staff members are happy to help and assist with orders, and the crew is awesome, with the food being spot on during Monday through Friday daytime. However, other times it is very hit or miss with quality. Vegetarian options are limited, especially for those who can't mix dairy and meat. Management staff, like Agash, have been reported to be professional and resolved issues, being the only reason some customers will go back. The food is good, but the app can be difficult to use, with customized orders never saving and Baja Blast not always being an option for in-app drinks. Despite app issues, there are friendly faces and good vibes from people upon pick up. The bathroom can be an issue, looking and smelling unpleasant.
