Ordered on the app but chose in-store pick up. Got there and no line at the drive thru so went through it but they weren’t able to give us our on-line order. Why? All other places can switch if they need to! What’s 5 steps to get our order? We had to wait behind someone in order to go park and walk inside. I say take care of your customers better maybe? Who cares if it was inside pick up or drive thru.

Both rest rooms with out of order signs on them, when clearly I watched an employee walk out of one. Two employees sitting at tables chilling and I'm told to order at the kiosk. Help wanted sign hanging outside....for what? More people to sit around doing nothing?

I ordered one thing but got something else ( ordered two taco supremes but got two burrito supremes). I ate it because I didn't want to make a fuss. Did not enjoy them mostly because the first one fell apart (very messy) so I only ate half of the second one so it wouldn't happen again. Not my best experience at Taco Bell. But if it happens again, I WILL insist that they take it back.
