Messed up my order three days in a row and acted like I was the problem when I came back there to get what I ordered. I don't know how you can possibly explain that except everyone in there is just rude and doesn't care enough to do their job.

This location is terrible. Bunch of young kids cussing and talking filthy. I asked if someone would take my order, and the lil girls says. Thats why we have new computers. So you can do it yourself. I dont want to. I dont work here. Do I get a discount for doing part of taco bells job. Then at the end of this terrible experience, I get home and the 12 taco box I ordered, not 1 taco has cheese on it.

The food was hot, fresh, and prepared correctly. This Taco Bell location provided exceptionally fast service. The staff member who assisted me was kind and provided excellent service. The pricing was quite reasonable. FASTEST TACO BELL. BEST ONE!

The crew, Jennifer, Adrian, and Rene, deserve all the recognition in the world. They are polite, professional, and genuinely care about making sure every customer leaves happy.
You can tell they take pride in what they do. The service is fast, the food is always on point, and the vibe is positive every single time. It is a 10 out of 10 experience. No long waits, no mistakes, just great people who go above and beyond. Even the Baja Blast HITS every single time, and that’s how you know this location is built different!!! Kansas City, this one right here is the real deal.

No toilet paper in the women’s bathroom.
2 of the 3 tacos I had where broke and non of them where full of food! Way over priced to NOT have a full taco!

Tried delivery through the app and had 5 drivers cancel due to the staff taking an hour and a half to make my food just for everything to be wrong.
Came at 12:30 it was excellent all around the board!! Will see me again.

Placed order & watched employees shoot rubber band at each other until someone from the back asked them to make my order ( only customer in the store) employee then took his time having to change out gloves & sanitize. Fortunately he cleaned his hands but jacking around in front of customers & taking longer to prep food because of it doesn't make for a good look.
