5/24 5:30pm Worst service ever by the gentleman working drive thru! First he messed order up then only gave me one sauce package and one napkin for a 30 dollar order.... Unbelievable

Placed order & watched employees shoot rubber band at each other until someone from the back asked them to make my order ( only customer in the store) employee then took his time having to change out gloves & sanitize. Fortunately he cleaned his hands but jacking around in front of customers & taking longer to prep food because of it doesn't make for a good look.

If you want food that's above room temperature and not really old... this is not the place for you, but if you like your chalupas ice cold and hard as a rock cuz they've been sitting out they will be happy to help you.

I used the app for the first time and usually I'm pretty savvy with these. However, the app would not direct me to the final screen. When I arrived, there was no order place. No problem. I ordered at the drive through and pulled up. I asked if someone showed where I went wrong on the app. Apparently there was one employee who knew and I was told he was too busy sweeping right now. So I left and called to talk to the manager, Angel. She informed me that the app is for customers and it's not their responsibility to know how to use the app. Also, she informed me that the employee has tasks that need to be completed, so he could not show me. Even though there was no one behind me in the drive through. This is not just ridiculous. It's just laziness.

I think they only have one person working here been in line about 15 minutes they don't have a clue. Another time the got the complete order wrong last time for this taco bell
