Taste of Brazil Restaurant & Bar

I got charged twice for my food, when I asked the cashier they dismissed me and said that I would not be. They also did not listen to my order at ALL, the instantly talked over me when I was listing what I would like.

I went to eat on a Sunday at three in the afternoon and the restaurant was closing in five minutes when the schedule they have established is until five in the afternoon. They are deceiving people with that schedule since they make people come to the restaurant and waste their travel time Very bad. Please fix that.

The lasagne looked disappointing when it showed up at my table, but the layer of ham is absolutely genius and it tastes very good. Well done.

Our first time here. Food was delish and the service was excellent! Would definitely come back next time we’re in the city.

Came here to meet with a friend for lunch break on the job..mm.waiting 20+ minutes for coxinha only to be told I had already been given my food??? I had not been given my food at all. Only my drink. They refused to give me a refund and gave me a to-go box of food that had been sitting in a warmer for just as long as I had been waiting for my food. Very disappointing!!! Even my friend I was meeting for lunch asked the person what was taking so long.....no response...just a bunch of talking in the back and being on phones with so many excuses....

KC Airport Units. They have to be joking. They put shredded meat with soggy rice and beans without any seasoning. Not to mention they put jalapeno in the middle of the food. The guys think Brazil is Mexico. There aren't even jalapeno in Brazil and Brazilian food is very well seasoned. This one didn't have anything, onion or even salt. Remove the Brazilian flag from this menu. It's a dishonor.

Recommended dishes: Top Sirloin Steak and Rice and Beans

Don’t eat at the airport location. Cash grab. River Market restaurant is great. Airport location is one of the worst meals you’ll ever eat.

Come experience Brazilian food in the comfort of the Kansas city river market. Molly treats everyone like family and provides some of the best food in the area. Authentic Brazilian food is fresh and made as ordered, they offer adult beverage slushes as well. A must try location!

Dietary restrictions: My parents are gluten intolerant and this is one of our favorite family spots, they accommodate our dietary restrictions. Always inform staff before ordering to insure they can meet your needs

So many great things to say.

For starters, the atmosphere of this restaurant is simply amazing!! It’s decorated to perfection, and has great brazilian music playing the whole time!

Being one of the only Brazilian restaurants in KC, it is a top tier one!!! Their coxinhas are absolutely incredible. My friend also adored the yuca fries. We also got a VERY well sized brigadeiro and beijinho, which were the best I had ever had! I will say that I had tried Guaraná before at other restaurants, but something about this one’s was just so much better!

The staff were also wonderful. I have made an effort to learn Brazilian Portuguese for the past year, and they allowed me to get some much needed in-person practice I have been unable to find anywhere else!

Overall, absolutely adore this place! It’s been a River Market staple for so long!

Have been here several times but recently the quality and quantity of food for the price has decreased. Hopefully, this was just a bad shipment or some other fluke.
