I’ve tried to eat there several times, having different menu items throughout the years. I’ve finally reached the all time low point and won’t be eating there again. What set the bottom bar for for me was their signature “original Philly Cheesesteak. Ground up meat with so much salt it was barely edible. The cheese was white and melty and something like provolone but the entire bun was sopping with grease. I asked for a cup for water and was told they have no tap water. I could see the sink from where I was standing, but they’d rather charge you for a soda. What a horrible greasy dive. Tourists beware, don’t let the underinflated pricing fool you, this food is bad. If you must have something from them try the hot dog, they can’t over salt it.

Wouldn't go back. Dirty grill and old fry oil. My Gyro and fries were all dripping with grease and meat was burnt and crispy. I ordered a cup of water with my meal and was charged $2.25 for an empty cup, then was told, "We don't got no water, so go over there" while the cashier pointed to the Chinese restaurant across the food court and I was told to go take their water. Standards and quality are likely low since their customers are likely tourists and not locals.
Ordered a hamburger, when I noticed cheese on it I brought it to the staff's attention. The same young man who took my money at the cash register came over and peeled the cheese off wearing the same gloves that he used to check out the person before me and my order. Only one of the soda fountains worked and it was dirty. The food is cooked to order, and the fries are fresh.

Food was alright had the cheessteak small meat portion for the money..And th grill was a little bit dirty young Man didn't get it cleaned before preparing my meal.So there was a few burnt chunks of old food in my meat.. Not very satisfied with that.Fries were alright a little colder than usual.. The service has went down quit a bit in the past month.. regular customer visit twice a week for about 3 years now..TOM . what happened to your awesome female workers? Sorry just wondering...??

One of my favorite restaurants in Crown Center. The gyros are the best, cheesesteaks are second best, and I haven't actually tried the burgers. Fries are unsalted, you add the salt yourself.
