Recently I was putting a gift basket together for a friend with health issues and they made perfect selections of tea and tea accessories to delight my friend. I always leave tea happy. Was there about 30 min before closing, 3 -4 other people came in. Store is fairly small very cute, One salesperson, all the tea canisters and samples to smell are on one side of the store, so if someone was smelling a tea to get an idea if they liked it, they might be in the way of the salesperson getting tea for a customer, she seemed a little flustered and even though we bought $99+ worth of tea we felt somewhat rushed.
