Cool place, and the food and drinks were good, but man, the service wasn't the best. Small place, and somehow understaffed. We didn't have anywhere to go, so waiting was manageable, but 25 minutes from sitting down to getting our first drink... That's a long time without anyone checking on us. People were friendly once they were able to wait on us, but having the wait staff bus the tables, work the pool hall and the bar and disappear for 15 minutes at a time (maybe washing dishes?) means they could use some help.

Everything was great however; my salad was drenched in dressing making it difficult to eat. And the added chicken was incredibly salty.

Great cocktails. Grand Fashion is my fave. $20/hr to play pool. Pricy but worth it because their stuff is nice and they keep the yaywhos out.

Excellent gastropub off the normal path. Amazing whisky selection, nice craft beer selection kitchen closed early though on a Tuesday night. Super bartender!

We tried a few of the cocktails, made by Justin, and all were amazing! We also tried the homemade chips, burrata with grilled peaches and the vegan paella and everything was so delicious! Highly recommend this place! Great spot to try before a show, short walk to Kaufman.Laid back, fun atmosphere!

Great burgers and steak. The Spanish nachos and cheddar bread pudding were also hits. Good cocktails and beer list. Very reasonable price points

The bees knees was way too strong, but the pool tables were a nice addition and were spacious and a good vibe.
The lavender drink was much better.
Honestly I expected a little more from a restaurant owned by a James Beard award winning chef.
Upon arrival the service wasn't very welcoming. The best part of our meal were the appetizer wings and the crafted bourbon drinks, even despite our appetizer side plates being dirty. The scallops were cooked nicely, but the beef was quite tough.
One dessert we ordered was a special, it was coated in a thick layer of chocolate that had been sitting in a fridge for too long and was extremely difficult to eat and ruined the dish entirely.
I wonder if chef Tio is aware of these things.

Bartender was waiting tables and was alone and had an attitude until a more pleasant person came in and finished his service. The chicken wings were great. The pretzel was fine. Kimchi tacos were good. The spring vegetable pasta was so flavorless and bland. Basically cooked pasta and shrimp with fresh vegetables without any apparent white wine or garlic. It’s like they forgot to saute with the sauce. It also had no salt and there was none on the table. My lavender haze cocktail was delicious. Next time, I’d probably just get an app and a drink. Cool space and art though.
