The Cheesecake Factory

We placed a to go order with the manager. Didn’t receive an itemized receipt . Did not get what we ordered, only one out two cheesecakes, food was not prepared as food was requested . No silverware or napkins. Oh did I mention we are staying in a hotel also.

Me and my family tried to have a nice Christmas Eve dinner, but we never got our food after an hour of waiting. There was no explanation on what was going on. Management didn’t seem to care one bit. I do not recommend this location.

I wasn’t extremely hungry so I had the egg roll sampler for my meal. It was delicious! Each of the sauces paired well with each specific egg roll. I was very pleased with my choice.

We had a 45 minute wait. When we got inside there were empty tables everywhere.We waited 45 for our food to come. We had empty cups because we sat waiting so long and didn't get our cups refilled in a timely manor. Even something as simple as grabbing four cheesecakes to go and paying the bill is taking the server over 30 minutes to do,and we are still sitting here at a table waiting for the server t po return with our card. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was clean and good, but the service has been terrible!

Why is this place soooo slow? We came in to buy 2 pieces of cheesecake to go and we waited a total of 45 minutes. 20 minutes to wait in a painfully slow line to order and pay then another 25 minutes for us to get our order. How does it take 25 minutes to cut 2 slices of cheesecake and put them in plastic boxes??
