Tried to purchase and 4 times they asked if that will be all for you. I asked are you closing soon. They said yes. Apparently 15 minutes till close. I left with only half of what I wanted. I should just walked out. Rude and never smiled at the customer.
Love their cookies, but getting really tired of them being hard and not soft like they should be! Spend too much money there to get hard cookies.

I was pleased with the cookie sandwiches but the single cookies were under baked and broken. The staff could have cared less if I was even there. But to spend $18 on cookies and have to bag up my own bags of cookies I won’t be back.

The location is bare of people and not much of an appetizing selection of sweets.

Amazing!
gave 3 stars because the cookies are amazing.. But this location the employees not so much. We drive 40 mins to be told every time that they are sold out of cookies.. First time ok second time alright third fourth time.... And for Violet and her Mgr just kinda blow us off like O well I mean laughing hysterically. I have grown up on these cookies so I know they're fantastic an amazing.. I have got to find a new location... Because Violet and her Mgr could and should have training on customer service
