Best Pork Tenderloin Sandwich on the planet!
I’m pretty sure we ordered the whole menu and every dish was a new favorite. The coal fired chicken sausage dish is pure magic! Thank you for re-opening just in time for my birthday! I love what you did for KC during the shut down but missed my favorite restaurant!
We ordered carry out tonight, steak, pork, Tuscan potatoes, mashed potatoes, pork soup, corn on the cob, and watermelon. Best.meal.ever !
The Rieger is an historic place; the hotel opened in 1915. The menu is not extensive and changes seasonally. But the menu has items you don't often see such as sweetbreads or stuffed lamb's heart or rabbit sausage. The menu is divided so you can order a couple of smaller plates or have an opener and a full entree. Our waiter, Ryan, was very helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions. Our party of six ordered a variety of items and the courses arrived together perfectly.
Fantastic food! Amazing staff. Great time sitting at the counter and watching the kitchen work so hard!
One of my top 5 restaurants in the world. The open kitchen is astonishing to watch as they build dishes that always surprise and delight. The staff are also delightful - always helpful and attentive and pleasant. Highly recommended.
I believe his name was Gus. He was the best bartender I have ever witnessed. Cocktails were fantastic. He was a true professional, very serious about his craft. We will definitely be back.
Wife and I did a cocktail class here. The bartenders were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Had a blast and will definitely return.

Quite literally the best meal I’ve had in months. The drinks are unique and delicious, made with on house spirits. This should definitely be on your KC to do short list!

We should have known when we walked in and couldn't get the hostess to look up from her phone that "Houston we were going to have a problem." Here's a tip: Learn to put your phone down at your job.
It's Superbowl weekend in Kansas City. The entire city is festive and showcasing civic pride but not this place. Great cocktails and good service. However, if you're going to be out celebrating superbowl weekend and enjoy camradarie of Chief's fans then steer clear of this place.
This place was awesome. Great atmosphere. Services was good. Everything was well organised. Room was well maintained. Interior was beautiful. Beautiful view.
Wonderful experience from start to finish.Whitney was outstanding at holding my hand through planning a celebration with for a large party. From start to finish we had an excellent evening with great service, cocktails and dinner.
