I work down the street and they know me by name at this point. Love it here. Coffee is great. They're great with large orders. And their seasonal drinks/pastries are always awesome!

Latte was great, but the chorizo burrito was basically just potato. Idk I received the wrong item, but it was super disappointing.

Yummy egg nog latte seasonal special. Spacious lounge area. They even have a museum with tours and a great little gift shop.

Coffee was good enough but pretty ridiculous to pay $1.25 extra just for a dairy-free substitute.

First time here! Finally made it to the OG location off southwest boulevard. There are factory tours offered and a great gift souvenir boutique. The coffee is always one of my KC favorites. I got the seasonal egg nog special and it did not disappoint. Hubby got black with a couple shots of dark chocolate, he said it was one of the better ones! We didn't try any food this time but there was a nice selection of pastries and wraps. Service was good and friendly. Lots of seating, a great place to work or hang out. Come and check this cool coffee shop and more out!

The iced mochas are the only coffee I'll drink anymore. The staff is always awesome. And their rewards program actually gives you worthwhile rewards.

I normally try not to leave bad reviews but I just paid 17 entire dollars for a latte that tastes like water and a croissant thats so burnt and dry its like eating cardboard. I didn't realize how expensive this place was until I was already in the drive thru and then I figured I'd give it a chance because it's got to be good if it's this expensive, but it turns out sometimes things that are expensive are worse. the employees were super nice and I'm sure it's not their fault, but I definitely won't be risking another $17 to find out if this was a fluke or the norm.

We made reservations for the tour ($5.00 pp) and it did not disappoint. We learned so much about coffee from the growing, cultivating, selection process, roasting to packaging. The varieties offered in store and even more online was amazing. We also got brewing tips. I walked away with a totally new appreciation for coffee. Oh and you get a 10% discount in store and cafe that day. It was a Win-Win

Coffee and chocolate croissant were great. Service was great. Don't know if I like being asked if I want to leave a tip at a drive-thru. It's almost like I have to at that point, or I'll look like an ahole. There was already a tip basket there. Never been to a drive-thru where I was asked for a tip.

Just got home with my breakfast sandwich and it's going in the trash. Who puts mustard on a breakfast sandwich! It's changed it used to be bomb now I'm gagging.
