First time here! Finally made it to the OG location off southwest boulevard. There are factory tours offered and a great gift souvenir boutique. The coffee is always one of my KC favorites. I got the seasonal egg nog special and it did not disappoint. Hubby got black with a couple shots of dark chocolate, he said it was one of the better ones! We made reservations for the tour ($5.00 pp) and it did not disappoint. We learned so much about coffee from the growing, cultivating, selection process, roasting to packaging. The varieties offered in store and even more online was amazing. We also got brewing tips. I walked away with a totally new appreciation for coffee. Oh and you get a 10% discount in store and cafe that day. It was a Win-Win
