I'll come back and change the service if it gets better. IDK what was wrong but the bartender looked so lost every time I ordered. Atmosphere was incredible.

It’s bar food - bar environment. I thought it was gonna be classier though, not sure why.Server was fantastic.We had already decided to go elsewhere — so we only ordered cheese curds (or cheddar bites or whatever they are called.) and they were highly subpar, I even left them behind the sauce was runny and not the right consistency. I’ve had better cheese curds from anywhere that serves them. Imagine it’d be tolerable if I was drunk, I guess. Lol

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received in a vip room

Service has been declining for years. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes before anybody came to us, then waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. What would usually be a total of a 60 minute meal was two and a half hours. The kicker? It wasn't even busy.

Had an amazing experience. Enjoy the rooftop Deck with my mother for her 93 birthday. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Thank you for the lovely time.
