One of the items on my list of things-to-do was to clean out my dryer vent. Knowing that dryer vents are often the source of fires prompted me to contact Doug M. at Vent Care Services. Doug is a very knowledgeable and sent out two technicians to take care of the business. Mike and George were on time and changed the vent pipe and replaced the vent on the outside of my house. They cleaned up all of the dust behind my dryer and drilled a larger hole. It turned out that my vent was not even up to code and was too small. I'm up and running and am a happy client. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service!

He answered all of my questions and gave me some helpful tips on my dryer. WOW! These guys saved our lives- no joke. Our vent was full of lint and a fire hazard as well as a carbon monoxide trap. Doug's guys cleaned everything and reattached some wires that had become disconnected, They were the BEST! Prompt, clean, courteous and professional. OH- and the price was very reasonable. $120 and now my dryer actually gets the clothes dry and won't kill us in the process. Thank you!!!

I was shopping around for a dryer vent cleaning service until a friend referred Doug to me. Doug was prompt returning my call and boy, was I amazed how competitively lower his price quotes were! He had two openings the following but because I needed to clear it with my neighbors (I am in a condominium and my neighbors were interested......ending up with 6 units signing up), both openings were already filled so got the following week, it was later in the week. Was thinking wow, he's "popular"! Always a two-way communication with immediate responses with good coordination with him and also with his team of technicians. Let me tell you about his team of technicians, they are GREAT! They (this team was George, Mike and John) are efficient, flexibly accommodating in switching units in the queue for service, and friendly! They took time properly reattaching the hose to the vent (it was found sloppily duct taped...okay, it was mine and gladly paid for the extra service). Later learned that this company is all they do, cleaning dryer vents only. They're the number one experts!

He cares about his customers' safety and also gave me some tips to maintain my old Whirlpool dryer. I would recommend him. I got a few quotes. Doug's Vent Care had a very competitive rate. On top of that, you can be certain that you're getting an honest guy helping you out

Doug sent 2 of the best employees ever . Wore masks and sanitized every thing! I will definably use again!!! Oh yea The standard going fee $120

I was thinking that I may need to replace my vent piping, but he said there is no need to replace, we will just clean them. He was so honest!
