We used the online order pickup for the first time and I was very pleased with the process and how well they did, including bagging my food correctly. Yes they usually only have 2 lines open at this store but keep in mind that all restaurants and stores are VERY short staffed and it's not THEIR fault. Everyone we have encountered at this store is very nice and respectable.
Unfortunately, I'll join the chorus of unpleasant experiences shared by fellow reviewers. This store is very conveniently located and had all the toiletries we needed at great prices. However, the grocery section was a different story. Not sure if we just came in a restocking day, but many of the shelves were barren (check out the pics)... Fortunately the Super Target up the street carried all the items we needed with great customer service and good pricing as well.

Please give the manager Josh a raise!! He was so helpful. I left a corporate survey but he went above and beyond so I will too with my review. I needed a bike chain and had no clue what I was looking for being stranded 10+ from home. Josh didn't just help me buy a new chain but made sure the chain was on and I was safe to leave the store.
