This visit was Wednesday August 6, late afternoon. We did the drive thru and there was an obvious disconnect with the order taker. Husband ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Order taker said that you get another item for $2 so he ordered a Diet Coke. We only received nuggets and the drink. We couldn’t figure out if there was a special that wasn’t explained or a mistake on their part. The girl was nice enough, but wish she would have repeated the order so the mistake could be caught.

I do not recommend this Wendy's if it is late at night. The only thing fresh about our meals was the prepackaged Wednesday sauce for my meal. There was no ice cream for the Wednesday meal and the burger, fries, and chicken nuggets were all cold. The August outside temperature at 10:15 PM is warmer than the food. The cashier closed the window before I could ask for a BBQ sauce. The experience was especially disappointing after an extremely long day of flying in to the airport. Im hoping that the service and food quality is better for other customers. We did not receive a receipt, so I am posting the review on Google instead of conducting a survey (assuming that the receipt would have contained a survey).

Last night I made a quick stop to this location because I was hungry and it was close by the hotel. They took soo long to give me my order and on top everything was cold. Today I gave it another try and same thing my food was cold like if they took it out of the freezer. I don’t recommend it at all

Fast and great service, manager on duty was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond expectations to provide me and my family a great breakfast experience. Better than most sit down places as far a service, and food was better than most I've been to in years.
