“5-Star Review – Wingstop on Prospect ⭐
This was my first time visiting the Wingstop on Prospect, and I have to say — I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I usually go to the one on Blue Ridge, but after today, that may be changing.
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and the very first thing I always look for is cleanliness. This location was a ten out of ten — spotless, organized, and welcoming.
The young man who assisted me at the counter was amazing. He suggested items I hadn’t tried before, and his customer service was exceptional. Normally when I visit Wingstop, the wait is long and the service is hit or miss — which honestly has kept me away. But not here.
My order was ready in under 15 minutes (I promise!), and the cashier even walked my food over to me. I said, “Really?” and he replied, “Yes ma’am.” That small gesture meant a lot.
The evening crew here has a vibe — a good one. They work well together, they’re friendly, and they make the experience enjoyable.
I won’t be going to any other Wingstop.
Prospect location has earned my business.

“I’m really surprised to see all the bad reviews. I’ve ordered both in-person and online, and both times the orders were completed in perfect timing and everything was correct and delicious. Sure, people make mistakes now and then, but I’m guessing more people only take the time to leave bad reviews because of those one-off experiences. Well, I’m a happy customer and I’d recommend this place to anyone! The person at the register was also very nice, warm, and attentive whenever I went. So please don’t be afraid to order here cuz of the bad reviews— I’m sure you’ll have a good experience : )“
