Fifth & Emery Frozen yogurt and chocolate treats were a huge hit at the Kansas City Chapter launch of BSM. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. The store manager Provided great details about various chocolate treats that were offered in addition to offering to customize the colors of my treats specifically for the event. People are still asking about those pink and white s’mores! Many thanks to the staff, we will definitely be back for a future partnership opportunities
Staff is consistently friendly and we LOVE their flavor options! Chocolate and Strawberry swirled together is the best!
We love that Zona Rosa has a sister location at Shoal Creek. Whichever location we are closest to we choose to visit. Shoal Creek is just as amazing. Only request I would have is more caramel apples and dipped chocolate items!
We are a frequent customer at your shop and truly enjoy coming here, as your staff is always very kind and helpful. I would like to suggest keeping a closer eye on the temperature of the yogurt machines, as the yogurt is sometimes not cold enough and melts quickly. Additionally, I noticed that the floor can become quite sticky. While I understand this is a challenge with a self-service setup, a cleaner floor would greatly improve the experience.

This is our go to place in KC! Spending Nana time with the grandkids♥️ Yogurt with your favorite toppings! Don’t judge most of the time I get healthy toppings but today well check the pictures!
We absolutely love this place. The variety of flavors and toppings. The staff is always friendly! It is also nice to know they appreciate our military, as my husband served and we get military discount!

Multuple options for toppings. They do charge by weight, so keep that in mind. Spent $23 on 2 cups with frozen yogurt and multiple toppings. Maybe it's me but I felt that was a bit high.. Tables were quite dirty and the machines ran quite slow which is not necessarily their fault. Not really my fav on flavors. Some may enjoy it mkre than myself and son did.
Froyo was so good! The service was amazing as well. Manager was so nice to my kids and very attentive.
