Great food, great service, and overall great experience. Brisket, turkey, and smoked sausage were excellent! The peach whiskey bbq sauce is one of the best sauces I’ve had. Had to take a bottle home with us.
Pops smokeshack is my favorite place to get barbque. Thier smoked meats are always tender and melt in your mouth good. my favorite order is the Pulled pork Mac n Cheese.I have been to many barbque places around here and to me Pops is the best! I especially love the shack sauce, the whiskey peach and the jalapeño barbque sauce!
Best BBQ we’ve had in Missouri by far! Meat was tender & flavorful. We had Burnt Ends, Sausage, & Chicken - all delicious! Even the sides have flavor - beans, potato salad and Mac cheese were top notch. And the corn bread muffin is a must. Most places have basic food - not Pops. They are on another level!
