Hidden Gem on the Road – A True Desi Experience!
We were driving back to Kansas and searching for Indian food nearby when we luckily came across a food truck called Panjab Covet – a traditional dhaba-style spot that absolutely blew us away!
We ordered chicken tikka, pakora, chai, goat curry, and daal tarka – some to eat there and some for takeout – and everything was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich, authentic, and reminded us of home.
