Ok..this started because I had a free pizza credited to my account. In Moline Illinois they messed up our order. So Dominos said we'd get a free pizza from a Dominos., in my email. When I clicked on the link to redeem the coupon in Kirksville it brought me to the app to place order. I tried to place the order but didn't get credit for the free pizza. So I called the store here in town. I waited on hold with Dominos, repeatedly hearing a recording saying..your call is now first in line etc... Then I was like ok let's see how long it takes for this to play out. My husband said we'll I'm getting hungry so just order on line don't worry about the replacement pizza. So I did place an order online. But I also remained on hold. Had considered claiming that I was a secret shopper and they failed. But I don't know if I would have gone through with it because they never answered. Or pizzas were delivered as the recording again assured us we were next in line. Still tipped the driver..but hung up the phone after 2 hours. So..don't call..they ain't there Now this is the next day..I am currently on hold..with Dominos again. I was hoping to talk to the manager or owner about last nights confusion. But they are not answering even right now. I have been on hold for 20 minutes..
Thank you for responding to the review. The order numbers were 136 from the Moline store and #861189 from the Kirksville store. Am I calling the right number? I just sit on hold again waiting to give you the information you requested. No one answers that phone.lol But yall have awesome pizza and on-line reachable

I ordered from here with an hour wait time— totally fine. But it wasn’t until 1 1/2 hours in that they actually started prepping my order. I called an hour into waiting because I was concerned, and the person on the other end of the phone was short with me and unfriendly. I was very kind and just called to ask and confirm that they got the order and it wasn’t lost (which has happened to me before) and she had a short temper with me. I just don’t understand how it took 2 hours for my order to be ready for pick up (not even delivery) and I don’t understand why she felt the need to be rude to me over the phone. Very disappointed :(

This dominos is a wonderful place to order a fast pizza or quick meal during meal rushes. The service workers inside are extremely friendly as well as among the most professional food service industry workers in our area.

Thin crust is the best, but the pizza isn't very good the next day. It dries up fast and gets hard quicker than other pizza.
Worst thing about Dominoes is their gift cards! You can't enter them online or on their app for a way to pay for your items later. They let you enter a credit card, but the only way you can use a gift card is when you're placing your order. And it only uses the amount of your order, it can not be added to your account for future orders. I know many places allow this, but not Dominoes. It's like they want you to lose your gift card, so you're out the $ you paid for it. Increasing the likelihood the card will never be used (which is clearly their goal). Each time you use it, you have to enter the long numbers and pin. Dominoes needs to upgrade their dinosaur technology.
Dietary restrictions: When hubby is watching his carbs, instead of pizza he orders wings. It still has carbs because of breading, but not as much as pizza.

The girl sneezed handcuffed over top of my pizza while cutting it I watched her through the window and when I questioned her about it she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about I was stupid I told her I was going to call the manager she would not give me their name I said that's okay I will be back I'll catch her sooner or later

The overall flavor and quality of the food have come a long way. The team at the Kirksville Domino's is a hard-working team. A strong team that takes pride in customer satisfaction.
Dietary restrictions: Those with Celiac disease, a few options, Gluten Free Crusts, Tator-Tots with cheese and sum toppings, and Yea for Salad. If only they had Chicken breast's that were coating free, then chicken bites could be ordered.
Too these kids don't want to work doesn't matter to them anymore if you have the money and need change for a 50 dollar bill they start acting as if your a bad person because you only have a 50 I won't be wasting my time and money with this location again

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but the vegetarian options are amazing to mix and match my mood for flavor and I just add a non-vegetarian item when I desire it.
