Scooter's Coffee is a welcoming establishment, offering a comfortable atmosphere for studying and socializing. They are known for their generous gestures, such as providing free drinks when there are mistakes. The coffee shop has a popular blended caramelicious drink that keeps customers coming back. Scooter's also receives praise for its excellent customer service, even making special orders for children. A visitor from Colorado compared it favorably to Starbucks, leaving a positive impression. The kid-friendly menu offers a variety of options, and baristas are willing to accommodate unique requests.
The business is well-decorated and well-maintained, with a nice selection of coffee and matcha. Customers appreciate the kindness of the staff, who take the time to chat and make the experience special, especially for children. The drive-thru is a convenient option for busy mornings. However, the location can be challenging, with congested parking and traffic during peak hours.
