I'm a college professor who has always lived in bigger cities, so I was really thankful when accepting a job at Truman that there is a Starbucks here in Kirksville. The service hasn't disappointed (5/5). The baristas are so friendly and well-trained. That being said, the conditions behind the counter are deplorable (1/5). They were out of chai and oatmilk, so I had to rethink my drink order. But they were friendly and gave fast service.Also, it's a bummer that you can't order ahead here on the app.Vegetarian options: Dairy alternative milks available.

The people are nice, it is within a store, atmosphere isn't all that. I'm not a fan of this place but what they offer to sell, they make it right and it's something I might go buy again.
