Ordered drinks at 12:11 and did not get them till 12:30. There was whip cream all over the cups, The barista ended up doing other drinks out of order. I will continue to go to scooters.They are efficient and friendly.

It would be nice if they'd offer a sugar-free syrup other than vanilla! Coffe wasn't quite hot either.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee. They never mentioned to me that thru ran out of an item and had to send another girl to get it. Once I finally received my drink they didn't apologize for the wait or offer a refund. Worst customer service experience!

I'm a college professor who has always lived in bigger cities, so I was really thankful when accepting a job at Truman that there is a Starbucks here in Kirksville. The service hasn't disappointed (5/5). The baristas are so friendly and well-trained. That being said, the conditions behind the counter are deplorable (1/5). There is constant standing water on the floor. A few weeks ago, I noticed a cockroach on the tiles behind the back counter. I hoped it was just a fluke, but sure enough, I saw another cockroach today near the pitchers of tea and coffee. Especially with the amount of customers that Starbucks brings in, I would really like to see Hy-Vee make some long overdue structural improvements.

They were out of chai and oatmilk, so I had to rethink my drink order. But they were friendly and gave fast service.Also, it's a bummer that you can't order ahead here on the app.Vegetarian options: Dairy alternative milks available.
