I ordered my two medium two topping pizzas well over an hour ago online when it said the wait time was 45-55 min. I called the store and explained the situation to the cashier and asked if they were going to compensate me for the ridiculous wait. She then escalated the situation to the manager who then told me sadly there was nothing they could do to compensate me for the wait. I'd say that's some kind of customer service but there was absolutely zero customer service. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on and you should too.

I love the food and the people but I hate that Domino’s as a franchise feels like they deserve to put a “delivery fee” on top of our orders. I still leave a tip but that money should definitely go to the person delivering the pizza - not the store.

So I haven't had domino's in over a year. Me and my daughter decide too get food late. About an hour before they closed, we showed up and ordered. I do apologize too the crew for showing up that late, but the two guys in the store were very pleasant about this. They didn't get irrated and made our order pretty fast. The food was awesome! Anyone looking to get food, 10/10 I would recommend them! Thank you guys for the prefect service and amazing food. I will be back!!

It's pretty hit and miss but it's Dominos. The menu is universal and ingredients are the same. My last 8 orders have taken 50-70 minutes for delivery. I've redeemed more free pizzas than I've paid for the last few months. This store in particular has some issues with service times and I've had several drivers state that only one driver is on the schedule at the time/ no manager help.
