Maxwells is one of my favorite restaurants, but it wins for THE favorite for atmosphere. The staff and service is always wonderful, and it is one of the few places in town I can grab a veggie burger and dine in or out with my family. My husband loves the southwest burger. The whole restaurant is a vibe. Even the bathroom is great (the touch of Harry Potter and Les Miserables, my favorites, does not go unnoticed). You cannot go anywhere else around here to eat out and get the same feeling you do at Maxwells. 10/10

Great food choices and our super friendly waiter had tried everything and could recommend items. Best fresh martini I've had in awhile. Laid back atmosphere with games and separate rooms for playing. We will be back!

Sweet potato fries with monkey sauce is soooo good
Love it. If you're ever rolling through, stop by. Got a be a local though, or know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody to really not get taken advantage of. I'll still frequent this place though. Dollar margaritas on Thursdays. Best atmosphere that caters to a diverse crowd. Just be polite and kind and be mindful of little pitchers with big ears during the day!

The appetizer was great. I ordered the pulled pork tacos and it was just the Lloyd's pulled pork from the red bowl at the grocery store, the slaw on top was just shredded cabbage (no sauce of any kind on it). My husband said his burger was ok, nothing special. We had heard so many good things about the place, so it was disappointing. We paid our bill with cash, and wanted a bill broken down. The waitress actually came back and asked if we wanted change. Then didn't break the one bill down so she didn't get much of a tip. It's a cool place with good atmosphere. I want to try it again, but I'm afraid I will be disappointed again.

Overall a good experience, friendly staff, and good tasting food. The wait was a little long to get seated and to wait for our food after we ordered, but our group didn't mind. My burger was ok, the bun under the burger pattie was soggy, and the French fries were ok. The sweet potatoes fries that my friend ordered were the best I've ever had. I was excited about all the ciders on their menu. I got the ace pear cider, even though I ordered the ciderboys. It was delicious and didn't disappoint. The server did apologize about his service, because of the busyness. But still manage to mess up the tickets.
Great service! Try the peanut butter burger. Highly recommend!
