Sip Downtown is one of those places that just gets it right. The staff is amazing, genuinely the best you can get. They were warm, sharp, and made you feel like they actually wanted you there.

Sip is amazing. It has very good food and drinks, and it is very trendy.
What a great place with friendly, fun, and kind people. Always a blast! Laci and crew make Kirksville a better place.
