Most of the time I come here I enjoy it. I even bring my toddler here to eat because it's a fun environment. This time however was different. I showed up with my son in his car seat to the drive through line backed up to the entrance so I pull into the curbside spot 1 to try and be at the line. Well 5 mins into the wait, out pulls the person who pulled in ahead of me who took the drive through line. Well fast forward ten minutes and so I call to see what the hold up is just to get talked to by some kid in the rudest tone as he tells me that it's false that the line has beaten me. So he continues to talk over me and when I have to raise my voice to talk over him so I can finish my sentence he hangs up on me. I call back several times until finally I get an answer from the manager who also hangs up on me before rushing my food out like it had been waiting the whole time. Which, judging by my cold sandwich, it was waiting about as long as I was. Total time I spent there for one McChicken... 20min. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer service skills. No compensation or apology.

So expensive for the lack of quality. My mobile orders are never made when I arrive at the store, and I always end up waiting 10 minutes before having to ask where my food is. 9/10 times, they say they need to remake it and I end up waiting even longer

Showed up at 12:30 sat line for 40 minutes then they brought me the wrong order. Totally ridiculous. Did even get sorry for the wait just here and walked away plus my food was cold.
Horrible I don’t like this new system of self check out and the prices being so high too! The is also getting smaller. ( Mc Donald’s don’t think we don’t think we don’t notice) I’m done with McDonalds.
