College town pizza joint that is AMAZING! I make it a point to come through town during lunch so I have an excuse to get a great slice of pie! Prices are very reasonable for whole pies but if you are solo this is easily a sub $10 lunch.

Big Bummer! I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was so disappointing- underseasoned and bland. The broccoli cheddar soup wasn't better, it was served cold and tasted like it comes to them pre-made.

Still a Ronza to me!❤️
Great food, good location, average pricing, and service. Seating needs some TLC. Booths are very uncomfortable, but overall, it is a place i would recommend.
They don't even know the ingredients in their bread. Very sad.
Love this place! Food and service are both amazing!
I get by here every few years when I'm visiting Kirksville, usually for a Truman music event. Used to come here quite often when I was a graduate student as it was one of a few places where you could get food very late, after long practice or study sessions, and it's just down the street from Baldwin Hall, where the whole of the Music Department and Division of Fine Arts was located back then.
This time I had the regular Palonza, similar, but uniquely different than a calzone. It was made fresh, had a fluffy crust that was lighter than it looked and had very rich flavors in the sauce, pepperoni, sausage, and mozzarella cheese. It came with a pickle and a bag of chips. I ate the pickle and the Palonza, and took the chips with me.
I also had a side salad, which contained crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
I always enjoy my times in Kirksville and a visit to Pagliai's is on my list of must do's when I come.

We ordered 50 Palonzas for National Nursing Week. The staff had them all ready and hot for 11 am pick up. They had insulated boxes so we could travel 30min. When the Palonzas arrived they where fresh and hot and delicious! Thank you so much!
Very welcoming. George sandwiches were delicious.

Terrible FOOD & STAFF!! We live an hour from kirksville, but thought we would order a couple Palzones.
Mine was supposed to be pepperoni-mushroom-extra cheese ONLY. It came with double pepperoni-ONIONS-and NO CHEESE!
Husbands was suppose to be pepperoni- sausage, His came with pepperoni- ONIONS-and maybe a tablespoon of cheese in the bread folded at the end.
We didn’t find out until we drove the hour back home.
After calling, they passed us around to 3 people. First one was clueless, second said the ticket was wrong and abbreviated badly and could we come and pick up a correct order …. No, we live a hour away, the third claimed there was no onions on it, and we got what the ticket said. And said she would have to think about it, investigate it, and get back to me tomorrow!
Bottom line, we don’t like onions, so they went in the trash, money wasted, and obviously the service was bad. Avoid them and eat some where else.
