The people are nice, it is within a store, atmosphere isn't all that. I'm not a fan of this place but what they offer to sell, they make it right and it's something I might go buy again.
Called in an order from out of town. The floral department was very helpful and helped figure out what my Mom wanted for Mother’s Day. They delivered it to her less than 2 hours later! Wonderful experience!
I'm a college professor who has always lived in bigger cities, so I was really thankful when accepting a job at Truman that there is a Starbucks here in Kirksville. The service hasn't disappointed (5/5). The baristas are so friendly and well-trained. That being said, the conditions behind the counter are deplorable (1/5). There is constant standing water on the floor. A few weeks ago, I noticed a cockroach on the tiles behind the back counter. I hoped it was just a fluke,...
