Definitely ordered too much but that’s because we didn’t realize the subs were so packed with meats and cheese. Probably the best subs we have ever eaten. The pastas, fruits, cheeses, and salads were delicious as well. Our only disappointment was with the roast beef sandwiches which were lacking in the meat department as compared to the subs. But overall, a superb experience. We will definitely be ordering again as needed. Well done!“

The most stressful thing with a wedding is the food. I had so many people come up to me and say the food was so good. The meatloaf lollypops and fried cannelloni apps were wonderful and I received many compliments on the parmesan encrusted chicken. Thanks to Catherine and her staff. We needed to hire a caterer fast due to a venue change 7 weeks before the wedding. Scott always responded quickly to phone calls and emails. The presentation of the buffet was great, and the food was so delicious. Seriously some of the best buffet food we have ever had. I was a little disappointed to miss out on the butler passed hors d’oeuvres, but the ceremony ran over and the family photos took longer than scheduled. I wish someone had thought to bring some outside to the family and bridal party! Scott did run in the back for me and got some of the cold ones to try when I came inside. The food arrived at the scheduled time and the boxed lunches were very good and so fresh. I loved the option to have every box customized with my guest names on the boxes. It was a great touch and my guest were so thrilled to come in and see their name on there boxed lunches. Give them a try. I definitely plan to use their services again in the near future.“
