Visited on a busy Friday 1 week before Christmas and did not receive any holiday cheer, only two grumpy employees. The "coffee" guy to whom I was directed for guidance, after dismissing the national coffee brand I had been buying for 20 years, recommended the Cornucopia Blend, which cost more than 3X my usual brand because it is so bland a flavor I need to use 50% more beans. Very dissapointing and expensive. Will not teturn for coffee.
Third time visiting this store in a year. I have never reviewed them but today is the day. I have never ever been acknowledged when I walk in the door. Not even a hello. I am a normal person. Clean, well dressed, money to spend. Today I went in and started looking around with plans to make a rather large purchase even though they are the least friendly place to shop.
