“As someone with food allergies (soy, nut, and seed), I REALLY appreciate that fit-flavors has an in-store menu showing which current menu options fit my dietary needs! They probably have it online too, and I just haven't needed to find it. Their menu options are ALL low in sodium because - let's be honest - there is too much of it in everything "prepared"! That isn't a concern with fit-flavors. I can salt everything to my own (and my family's when we buy in bulk!) tastes and know that I'm getting the same quality food that I would make at home myself. Fresh produce and high-quality meats; straight up delicious meals. Quote me on that.“
“Wanted to take a moment to shout out one of the team members at the Brentwood store, Emily. I shop at fit flavors every Sunday to pick up my weekly lunches, and she just genuinely has the best energy. Emily is incredibly kind & welcoming, and completely disarming which personally is so valuable in a nutrition store setting. So often meal prep/nutrition stores can be intimidating and overwhelming and Emily really does a fantastic job of welcoming everyone. Great job, Emily - thanks for always brightening my Sunday!“

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It was our first time here and it was wonderful!
The owner/lady behind the counter was so helpful and kind. She was extremely welcoming. We got banana bread and another special that a lady recommended. They are absolutely delicious. And she even has macro breakdown if you're concerned about that.
We will most definitely be back!!“

“I ordered the incorrect wrap from their kiosk by accident without realizing. When Jason came to deliver it, he was very willing to swap out the wrap I ordered with the wrap I actually wanted. I appreciated him making sure I got what I wanted when it was my mistake.“
“I came in on a very hectic day with my daughter and newborn baby and everything was going sideways trying to juggle all the gear needed with a newborn.The kindness, grace, enthusiasm, and overall level of service showed by the whole team exceeded my expectations in every way. It was definitely a bright spot on an otherwise frustrating day, and confirmed why I enjoy coming in to 360 Nutrition for shakes regularly. Would definitely reccomend!“

“I had a craving for CBW, went to this location around noon 8.14.25. They were mobbed with a local college sports team 20+ people (who does that to a small place?). The staff handled the rush extremely professionally. While I had to wait, I understood since they got slammed. I just want to give kudos to the staff for being streamlined and kind.“

“Such a great option for something fast, healthy, and filling. All natural fruits and can add a variety of supplements to your bowl or smoothie. It’s like subway but for smoothies and fruit bowls. It’s awesome!“
