This El Maguey is absolutely stellar! Food is great but ALCOHOL IS UNREAL! I’ve never had a margarita slap so hard. I bring my boss and coworkers here to experience the El Maguey Buzz and they’re amazed! Every time I walk out the door I have to sit in my car for an hour before I drive… I swear there’s something magical in their margaritas! Great fun time!
Food was excellent. Staff was friendly but forgot to tell our server to come take care of us. The waitress didn't speak much English and seemed to try to make up for it by coming by every 3-5 minutes to ask how everything tasted. It got real weird.
All in all the food is great, which is why we always go back. Mainly for carry out. Occasionally, we'll dine in it's mainly carry out.I can't speak to all the menu items, but the Chicken Chimies are awesome. Which is what all three of us usually get.My wife recently started getting the Echalada Verde, and she loves them.As far as the service is concerned, we've only had a few issues out of, and I'll bet close to 30 visits there. Which forgetting something...
