Went through the drive thru tonight, service was amazing. The manager was very helpful in making sure my order was correct. I’m giving the 1 star review for the mere fact that I am 8 months pregnant and after eating half of my burger, realized my meat was undercooked. I was already disappointed as my fries were cold and the cheese sauce looked old. I wanted to call and make the manager aware of what I had just experienced to make sure that it didn’t happen to anyone else. That is a health risk, being pregnant it’s not just about my food preferences, but about the safety of my child. No one answered the phone. Therefore I’m leaving this review to warn everyone, despite how great the customer service was, undercooked meat is not okay.

Went through drive thru, got no utensils to eat chili. Ordered 3 chicken tender meals and was given no dipping sauces. We ask for dipping sauces and was charged 45 cents for each one. Later called the store to talk with manager and they said we should have gotten 1 sauce per order. After we said we paid for all them they offered nothing in return. Be aware when visiting this location no very customer friendly and will over charge you for items and apparently don’t care that they cheat you.

Food was fine. But service was horrible. Waiting up front to talk to a worker and 2 made eye contact and just walked away. And one of the workers my husband has talked to got attitude both times. People wonder why restaurants aren't having people yet they treat the customers like that.I love steak n shake but wont be going back to that one for sure!

Decided to try this Steak N Shake again for the first time in a long time. Ordered two burger meals through the Drive Thru, got home and fries were not crisp at all (taken out early from fryer?), one burger was as it was supposed to be with everything, the other one with everything except pickles was just cheese, burger patty and onions. (But no pickles, so YAY!)Service was friendly but the guy got the cost wrong and the sodas wrong.And food there is no longer cheap, which was a huge reason to go.Needs to be said: Steak N Shake has been beaten to a pulp by their own lazy attitude towards quality and service by better and more nimble competitors: Shake Shack, Freddy's, Culvers and the like. I guess this means goodbye Steak N Shake.

You don't even talk to anyone anymore you just walk up to a kiosk just kind of like McDonald's and you order yourself and then they want you to add a tip The kiosk asked you to add a tip who am I tipping the machine I didn't even deal with the human I'm so pissed off that everyone wants a tip and I'm not even dealing with the human being I'm dealing with a computer now my tipping the computer who am I tipping the employee I can't even see they don't even take it to your table anymore you have to go up there and get it why am I tipping I'm not tipping at a steak and shake or a McDonald's or I have to order my own food on a kiosk and they're not even bringing it to me I don't get it The food was still steak 'n shake it was good but there is no human interaction anymore eventually they will be no human jobs they'll find a robot to make the cheeseburgers but I am not tipping at steak 'n shake or McDonald's if I have to deal with the computer I have no human interaction at all you get your own refills you pay the computer you just have no interaction with anyone I think that kind of sucks

So here are my issues/concerns. 1, the tables were not being maintained for new customers coming in and floor was a mess. 2, We ordered from the kiosk and our order was still wrong. Take away face to face ordering and still can’t make a order correctly that I personally placed and then expect a tip. 3, Chilli doesn’t come with crackers and the service was very distant that you feel like it was a chore asking for items missing from order and maybe if they have crackers. 4, They even left off whip cream and cherry from the shakes when requested.Steak and Shakes near me have all closed and I’m starting to see why. NO Customer set anymore and it sucks. I refuse to tip before I get my food because great service and a correct order is why I tip and it just feels like McDonald’s here now. It sucks!!!

Love the 4 for $4.44 You can't beat a steak and shake double steak burger with cheese, and fries, for $4.44On top of that, If you're there in between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. there is the half price happy hour on all there drinks and milkshakes.You can get one of the best milkshakes in town for a little over $2I make that my go to place for lunch almost every day.What makes it even better is my order is usually always ready in less than 5 minutes. A+++ guys keep up the good work.?
